Outlook: The 67’s suffered through a disappointing second season in their rebuilding effort, as they again finished last in the East. Then they lost GM/head coach Chris Byrne to a scouting position with the Stanley Cup champion Los Angeles Kings. Now Brown and Higgins face the challenge of building a competitive team around 2013 No. 1 pick Konecny.
